I ordered a pair of gas struts for my vehicle. SGS suggested that I check the part number which I did and guess what I had got it wrong. SGS changed the order and sent the correct items. Arrived on time, well packaged and accompanied with fitting advice. The struts look well made. In short a very professional customer focused company.
