After failing to deliver my trolly jack I asked for a refund which I am told will take up to 7 working days once it has been authorized by a manager.
This company is quick to take your money but when they mess up are reluctant to give it back.
I paid though PayPal which takes no time to clear
They come across as a professional outfit but they are far from that when it comes to dealing with refunds
I will be taking this matter up with trading standards
