The quality of the items are exceptional. I have learned to always order a size larger. I have given 4 stars because trying to reach someone to help with a problem is impossible. I've tried for two weeks now and still get computer generated responses. So frustrating! Now I'm getting an email that I only have one day left to return the Shapemint Club returns. Again, so frustrating!
