Shapermints Customer care is horrible. I was successful in speaking to someone in Chat one time and come to fond out she wasn’t honest with me. I tried speaking to someone different and attempted it 5 different times and the hold chat keep bumping people in front of me and then knocking me out of chat sending email saying “sorry we missed your chat”. One of the reasons for reaching out, i selected shipping that showed I would receive order in 3-4 days. Once order completed the following couple days I noticed the shipping time was now 10 to 15 business days. The other reason for reaching was my 1st order included bras that were slighty too big and i went based off their sizing and bra’s was needed for the following weekend. Hence why i made another order for the 3-4 busn days. Over all experience hasn’t been good and i’ve tried reaching out to them in hopes to correct the issue. I dont like leaving bad reviews.
