It started out fine. I was able to talk via chat with an actual human, who convinced me that the everyday tank would fit me perfect and I would not have issues with my stoma. The products arrived in a timely manner. As soon as I tried on the first one which was supposed to be black, the first thing I noticed was the color was more of a very deep navy, and not a true black, which was what I needed. Then I put it on and it actually made my figure look worse and did not smooth anything and the Cami also went down way below where my stoma was, which could cause issues with my stoma’’s output. I immediately attempted to contact customer service. That is where the real disaster begins. They do not have humans that will talk to you their phone when you call. It is literally just a series of automated messages. Their chat is just a bot which gives you again the same automated messages. Their messenger site also gives you the same automated messages. The ads claim free returns if you aren’t 100% satisfied but they don’t tell you until you try to return things that they’re going to charge you a fee to return it. I would not have ordered if that was mentioned anywhere on the site. I’ve tried multiple times through all different contact methods to speak to a human being, including many emails. All I get in return is more bought messages telling me I can try on their things for free if I just join or I can exchange what I purchased and get something in addition for a lower price. I don’t want more, I just want to return what does not meet my satisfaction even a little bit and I just want my credit back. If I don’t get that, I will dispute the charge to my credit card. Unfortunately, I will never trust this company again because they have the worst customer service I have come across in recent years.
