I Placed an order 5 days ago from Shark Clean AU and have had no response or any update on my order. I reached out via all the social channels, Email and even tried phoning just to hold for 18 minutes and get disconnected. I have made comments on their posts without any reply. Have not even spoken to a single person yet
At this point I don't know what to do and I cannot even cancel my order so I can order through Amazon or another retailer.
As far as I am concerned they stole my money
Absolutely Shocking level of support. Shocking I mean none at all.
