Really bad experience. It may work inside the UK, but if you try to use it between the UK and the EU now, useless. I’m still waiting for two bags that were supposed to get to Spain one week ago and there is no information. They have contracts with other companies and after you pay you are on your own. They stop answering emails when they is trouble.
