The service was seamless from start to finish.
Dropped my bike off. It was there in my hotel room when I arrived. I did the Etape du Tour and the next day it was collected from my hotel and transported back to the UK where I picked it up again.
I chose this service as I had heard so many horror stories about bikes being damaged in transit on planes and bikes being left at airports and then not arriving for big events such as the Etape.
I would recommend this service as it was excellent!!
