Had my delivery in a timely fashion however shoes too small and trying to send back via their free pick up from home collection
1st attempt got cancelled by Hermis with Shoeaholic and got cancelled without contacting me
Second attempt still waiting for pick up by Hermis
Was asking shoeaholic customer helpline to helps and assist and find out what is happening - no luck they don't want to get involved !!!
Do not purchase anything from this company , their return policy is non existed and you are stick and unable to return
