Worst online experience ever, customer service staff unable to accept concept of next day delivery: if ordered late Tuesday, shoes should be sent out Weds and delivered Thursday. (As confirmed by Shoeaholics email) I thought I was dealing with bots. Shoes needed Saturday for special occasion, never turned up. Customer services responses were inflammatory and frankly useless, and it appears shoes weren't available at that time either. Given notice that the shoes weren't wanted if not arrived by Saturday, shoes arrived Monday!!! Had to chase up refund and finally almost a month later refunded, 12 emails all told I've sent, wasted so much time, frustrated and angry. Had to run to find shoes elsewhere. Never had this problem before when used years ago horrendous on every count, would NEVER EVER recommend to anyone. Would award minus stars😭.

Any number of phone. Very hard to contact you. I send the shoes back and it is more then 3 weeks but I didn't received my money back. Just for one per of them

I used to love ordering from these lot but not anymore. I returned something and now you have to pay £1.95 for the privilege even though evri have an option to return it for free for you but the the these lot won't let you. They acknowledged receipt of my item on 2nd January as seen in pic I posted and was told it would take 10 working days for my refund to be processed as it used to before. 10 days went by and no repose so I spoke to an agent and they told me it's actually 14 working days as that's the information on their website. After 14 days no feedback so I Reachout and I am told now that refund would take 7 working days to be processed and then another 3-5 working days for my bank to process. So given that when they say up to they really mean 14 days and no soon so this means the refund actually takes 26 days to appear in your account from 10 days to 26 days that's 1 month. Absolutely criminal behaviour. Did I mention that their chat bot is malfunctioning. You can only initiate a conversation once and after that all it does is refer you topics and never allows you to speak to an agent. So you are forced to use the email option.

I really do not know what has happened to the company - In the past I have ordered 19 pairs of shoes without a problem, but now Shoeaholics seems to have become a company that people should no longer trust. I must admit that I really am very disappointed at the total lack of concern for your customers. Please can you explain how you can confirm that the order is being activated and then it is subsequently cancelled within 24 hours. When I have paid for goods I do not expect to be unable to find the order number on the tracker and that my order number does not exist. I then had to try to contact someone to find out what was going on and you answered my email - I even contacted my bank as it began to feel like a scam. At 81 years of age I do not expect to have to spend my time trying to work out what has happened to an order. If I wanted to spend all day on my iPad I would take a job. Below is the email you sent me yesterday telling me my order would be dealt with quickly - this put my mind at rest that everything was in order, but I am including an email that has been sent to me today which you must admit was quite a surprise. In the email it says the order has been cancelled and the payment for the boots is pending at my bank, but in fact it has been taken out of my account. I must admit I am less than happy as everything has been an absolute shamble. I used to love Shoeaholics, but at the moment I must admit I would recommend that people do not touch you with a barge pole. Finally, I would like you to confirm that the money is back in my account and that there is a proper explanation for the circumstances I find myself in and I would like you confirmation that a copy of this email has been sent to the managing director - who I hope will have the decency to contact me him, or herself. I look forward to a prompt reply and confirmation that £62.60 has been returned to my back account. I hope this situation can be sorted out before I speak to my family solicitor.

I tried to return some brand new etnies shoes that I bought last week and I walked over my kitchen floor that my wife just mopped and they wouldn’t return my shoes because the soles smell like a cleaning solution when I have been buying shoes from Disney mall for a long time I usually wear a vans and I didn’t like how the knees felt on my feet it seems like these people are nice to you and when you buy the shoes they just stab you in the back afterwards. I did not like my experience when I was trying to return my shoes. I don’t think we should have these type of people in our community but that’s my own opinions!

Refund wait is 14 Working days! Thats after Evri deliver to their warehouse. Unrealistic timeframe for an online retailer. Wont be using again

Horrendous experience. Sent 2 pairs of she's back as didn't fit and sent another pair back because they were faulty. They are refusing to refund me and say have no record of my order. I have sent them proof of purchase and they are not responding. I cancelled card that I used for my purchase as I totally believe this company is dodgy. DO NOT USE. This has been my worst online purchase experience. Please spread the word about this company.

All I can say is please don’t order from this company it’s an absolute joke I paid for next day delivery which was £6.95 for my daughters birthday and it arrived 11 days later after numerous emails as they don’t accept phone calls never again.

Scammers. My message to the fraudsters at Shoeaholics: You took my money and then your useless courier lied about attempting to deliver my goods. And your equally useless bot told me you'd redeliver. You put an incomplete address on my parcel, although Evri could have delivered it still. Then you tell me you're issuing a refund as Evri made a delivery attempt. Lies. I'm not letting you keep my monies in your account earning interest. I want my goods. Crooks. Dirty thieves. You've messed with the wrong one. Deliver my goods or I'll see you in County Court. Avoid this company. And avoid any company that use *Herpes/Evriparcelgoesmissing*like the plague. They'll steal your goods or smash them up.

I am surprised at all the bad reviews on here. I’ve used Shoeholics twice and both times the shoes have arrived on time and are perfect! Much cheaper than elsewhere too. Free postage was a bonus. I returned one pair and received a refund straight away. Highly recommend:)

I ordered a couple of bags. The prices were excellent and beautifully packaged and it was very nice and fast delievery. I have placed couple of orders since and have always received the same excellent service.

Attractive prices, yes, but the majority of shoes they sell are damaged in some way and "customer service" doesn't exist - Shoeaholics prefer to insult and inconvenience well-meaning customers, offering nothing to suggest they're apologetic for their shoddy practices. Whoever oversees the customer service department and is responsible for their policies and agent training needs to be given a P45 to put everyone out of their misery. This could be a great place to buy shoes, but unfortunately the way Shoeaholics treats its customers, especially those who've been sent damaged shoes, is appalling. The experiences of my colleagues and I suggest that at least half of all shoes are damaged and Shoeaholics do not care. They knowingly send damaged items and rely upon customers being too inconvenienced to return items. Agents have no autonomy to resolve problems, they say only one thing, return the items to us for a refund. From experience, agents agree that it's an unacceptable experience and they're sorry poor quality shoes have been sent, the last agent telling me "I totally agree with you", but then they refuse to offer partial refunds or gestures of goodwill, instead they choose to inconvenience customers by asking them to return damaged merchandise. The unnecessary carbon footprint alone is unforgiveable. This is what one agent wrote to me, and I quote: "some items on this website may have been tried on by customers in one of our stores or displayed in one of our store window displays. This may have resulted in some wear and tear to the product such as minor scuffs, or small smudges on scratches to the material of the product". I've received items with damage so bad you wouldn't wear the shoes and Shoeaholics don't acknowledge this, they just say, return the shoes to us for a refund. If they want customers to know their shoes can be badly damaged, the messaging needs to be front and centre on the website. Instead they hide this information in the small print. AVOID SHOEAHOLICS AT ALL COSTS - THERE ARE OTHER SHOE DISCOUNTERS OFFERING SUPERIOR SERVICE.

In November I ordered 4 pairs of boots. I returned them all in one packaging via Hermes. I have received refund for 2 pairs after a couple of weeks. Still waiting for the rest of the refund. My daughter is helping me with this and has already put a review on Trustpilot and Resolver. Via trust pilot you asked for more details more than a week ago. My order is 05278972/550549850. Value owing £88.20. This is the only way to contact you as all emails have bounced back.

WHAT IS HAPPENING? no pictures of boots, shoes showing when I’m on line - just blank spaces where items you are advertising shd show alongside the text. I’ve tried everything possible ie deleted and reloaded your app several times and also swooped browsers. Your website and help site are tantamount to useless.
