AVOID this company! I ordered a pair of shoes which never arrived. The only way to contact them is via message and they refused to tell me which courier they used or any tracking info. After chasing for over a month they closed all communication and I was forced to do a chargeback on my credit card. Shoeaholics decided to then use false information to pretend that they delivered the shoes! We were gobsmacked! I have never been treated so badly by a company and we will NEVER order from them again and will be reporting to Trading Standards to launch an official complaint. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
