Recently ordered ankle boots. Unfortunately too small. Ordered next size, sadly ordered two pairs by mistake. Can honestly say, all deliveries and collections by Hermes to and from the Isle of Wight were made by Hermes in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. Both refunds including postage were back in my account within a few days. Highly recommend Shoeaholics. Thank you.

Horrendous experience. Sent 2 pairs of she's back as didn't fit and sent another pair back because they were faulty. They are refusing to refund me and say have no record of my order. I have sent them proof of purchase and they are not responding. I cancelled card that I used for my purchase as I totally believe this company is dodgy. DO NOT USE. This has been my worst online purchase experience. Please spread the word about this company.

Scammers. My message to the fraudsters at Shoeaholics: You took my money and then your useless courier lied about attempting to deliver my goods. And your equally useless bot told me you'd redeliver. You put an incomplete address on my parcel, although Evri could have delivered it still. Then you tell me you're issuing a refund as Evri made a delivery attempt. Lies. I'm not letting you keep my monies in your account earning interest. I want my goods. Crooks. Dirty thieves. You've messed with the wrong one. Deliver my goods or I'll see you in County Court. Avoid this company. And avoid any company that use *Herpes/Evriparcelgoesmissing*like the plague. They'll steal your goods or smash them up.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! There customer service is appalling and you will be waiting weeks and weeks on end if you return an item for a refund! The company are clearly holding onto customers funds during the covid lockdown. My item was sent and received 6 weeks ago and yet they are disputing they ever received it. I`ve had to send across proof of postage and am still awaiting a response from them. Next stop, Office of Fair Trading and my bank!

Excellent company. I bought from them several years ago and had no issue. Having read some of the recent reviews I was a bit apprehensive however decided to go ahead and pay with PayPal. Anyway I placed two separate orders on the 28/2 and 29/2 for some Chie Mihara shoes which were 75% off. I received them on the 1/3 and 2/3, both deliveries from Hermes arrived as planned, one much earlier. But most importantly both pairs of shoes are perfect, they have never come out of the shoe box. I'm looking forward to wearing them. I have no experience of the returns process so I can't comment. Thank you Shoeaholics !

The most awful company I have ever used. I placed an order way back in December, they’ve taken my money and I’m still waiting for my order. I’ve sent numerous emails, I’ve used resolver and absolutely nothing! NEVER would I order from this company again!!!!

Shoes returned, received acknowledgement email but no refund. No response to email and live chat lasted almost an hour with 5/6 minutes to answer each message. Refused to give a phone number or for me to speak to a manager then cut me off- how convenient. AVOID THIS COMPANY! I would never shop here again, not worth the hassle at all

Love Shoeholics and have been a customer for some time but unfortunately they are let down by Hermes. I bought three pairs of boots this week and Hermes said that they had tried to deliver on 3 days. Someone was in each time, as were the neighbours which is my alternative delivery address. They did not try to deliver at all. I have messaged Shoeholics but have not received a response. I have missed out on the good deals and paid three lots of delivery costs. Will return if they use a different delivery service.

I ordered a couple of bags. The prices were excellent and beautifully packaged and it was very nice and fast delievery. I have placed couple of orders since and have always received the same excellent service.

Attractive prices, yes, but the majority of shoes they sell are damaged in some way and "customer service" doesn't exist - Shoeaholics prefer to insult and inconvenience well-meaning customers, offering nothing to suggest they're apologetic for their shoddy practices. Whoever oversees the customer service department and is responsible for their policies and agent training needs to be given a P45 to put everyone out of their misery. This could be a great place to buy shoes, but unfortunately the way Shoeaholics treats its customers, especially those who've been sent damaged shoes, is appalling. The experiences of my colleagues and I suggest that at least half of all shoes are damaged and Shoeaholics do not care. They knowingly send damaged items and rely upon customers being too inconvenienced to return items. Agents have no autonomy to resolve problems, they say only one thing, return the items to us for a refund. From experience, agents agree that it's an unacceptable experience and they're sorry poor quality shoes have been sent, the last agent telling me "I totally agree with you", but then they refuse to offer partial refunds or gestures of goodwill, instead they choose to inconvenience customers by asking them to return damaged merchandise. The unnecessary carbon footprint alone is unforgiveable. This is what one agent wrote to me, and I quote: "some items on this website may have been tried on by customers in one of our stores or displayed in one of our store window displays. This may have resulted in some wear and tear to the product such as minor scuffs, or small smudges on scratches to the material of the product". I've received items with damage so bad you wouldn't wear the shoes and Shoeaholics don't acknowledge this, they just say, return the shoes to us for a refund. If they want customers to know their shoes can be badly damaged, the messaging needs to be front and centre on the website. Instead they hide this information in the small print. AVOID SHOEAHOLICS AT ALL COSTS - THERE ARE OTHER SHOE DISCOUNTERS OFFERING SUPERIOR SERVICE.

In November I ordered 4 pairs of boots. I returned them all in one packaging via Hermes. I have received refund for 2 pairs after a couple of weeks. Still waiting for the rest of the refund. My daughter is helping me with this and has already put a review on Trustpilot and Resolver. Via trust pilot you asked for more details more than a week ago. My order is 05278972/550549850. Value owing £88.20. This is the only way to contact you as all emails have bounced back.

Ordered kurt Geiger trainers, idiots sent me the wrong colour. Eventually got refund but they never gave me my delivery fee back! Even though it was their fault Not professional company

WHAT IS HAPPENING? no pictures of boots, shoes showing when I’m on line - just blank spaces where items you are advertising shd show alongside the text. I’ve tried everything possible ie deleted and reloaded your app several times and also swooped browsers. Your website and help site are tantamount to useless.

Items arrived faulty and damaged, Now for sale at higher price. Will not exchange but only offering to uphold statutory entitlement to refund (which will take weeks). When contacted customer services they advised 'were a clearance outlet and therefore products are often ex demonstration, window displays or returns and therefore often will have defects). Not clearly advertised as seconds! Avoid.

Had my delivery in a timely fashion however shoes too small and trying to send back via their free pick up from home collection 1st attempt got cancelled by Hermis with Shoeaholic and got cancelled without contacting me Second attempt still waiting for pick up by Hermis Was asking shoeaholic customer helpline to helps and assist and find out what is happening - no luck they don't want to get involved !!! Do not purchase anything from this company , their return policy is non existed and you are stick and unable to return
