Great service, as always. Can I let you know what great service that I have received from Kenneth – via email this week - and David and Alastair – in the shop today, the Friday before Xmas. I ordered the wrong elements – my fault - and when I went in this morning to see about getting the correct one, the guys in the shop could not have been more friendly or helpful. Prior to that, Kenneth was great via email. So Xmas here has been saved and I’ve been saved from a bollocking by my other half. I’ve dealt with you guys for over a decade and tell everyone just what a fantastic service you deliver. PS. I was tempted to give 4 stars as the email that I received asking to submit a review started "Dear Ms -,"
