I had all my questions quickly answered with a single phone call, and easily designed the headstone I wanted for my mother's grave site. As with the casket, the price was reasonable compared to local sourcing. Dealing with a death is hard enough, so any vendor providing a required product that has high quality standards at a reduced price (and free shipping) is very much appreciated. It makes the entire experience a lot easier to manage, and more cost effective.
