I am currently having a really bad experience with this company. On 18th November I bought goods worth £339 by mistake. I immediately emailed them and asked them to cancel the order. They were prompt at responding and telling me it was cancelled and that i would receive my refund. However, I am still waiting on my refund. I have sent several emails regarding this issue and have been told on 25th there was a technical issue and would expedite the refund and I should see it in my account within 48hrs. This was not true, it didn’t happen. I then received an email saying that the refund has been processed and can take up to 10 days. I am currently in the process of contacting my local trading standards office. I have done this because i have asked the to raise an official complaint. They are not replying to me at all. This is very concerning! Please be aware of this company.
