It's very difficult to get a response to return any products. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a return authorization. I received emails stating they're sorry that I am not happy with the product but they don't give me any address or return authorization. I suspect they are stalling so they don't have to accept the return in the alloted amount of time. The merchandise that I want to keep is very nice. I would've ordered more merchandise except they're not responding to my requests. I won't do busses with a company with poor customer service.
