If i could give a zero star review I would. Where to even start? As far as i'm concerned this entire company is an instagram scam. No customer service, no phones, no replies. It is quite simply criminal, taking peoples money and not abiding by anything within the consumer rights act. Avoid SKLUM at all costs or kiss your money good bye.
