Awful customer service. Order made in December lead time 48-72hours for delivery. Now 2 months later I still have not received my goods. Either no response or a generic email response when asking for an update with excuses and no updates on ETA. My advice to anyone would be to avoid using this company. Delays can't always be helped but bad communication and bad customer service is shocking. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
