We ordered a bench and after waiting 10 weeks it was delayed a further 2 weeks.
We were on holiday so our neighbours took delivery. On our return we noticed the workmanship was terrible and the laminate was in wry bad condition all around the top. Despite various attempts to reason with Sklum, their position was that because we didn’t notify them with 48hrs it was non refundable and our problem. This is despite the delivery being delayed beyond the agreed date, meaning we were on holiday.
It was an altogether terrible experience and would advise anybody considering a purchase to look elsewhere.
