I bought a sofa from Sklum about 7 months ago for about 750 euros. The delivery was horrible as the guy just left the boxes with the pallets outside our door and left. Then two months later the couch broke while just sitting on it and ever since there is a quite visible and uncomfortable hole in the middle of the couch. We are trying to contact Sklum for 5 months now but they don't reply to our emails or calls. We have finally opened a case with the European consumer protection authorities..
