I ordered a wardrobe with them, order confirmation said shipping within 7-10 days, 12 days have passed, I tried their website chat - it doesn't work, tried to call within their operating hours but phone 'unavailable.' I emailed via form, and still no reply. I don't mind if there's a delay (within reason) but some update would be nice. I wish I came across this site before.
