Scam company. I was delivered damaged goods by Sklum. I didn’t report it to Sklum within 48 hours so they are refusing to engage with me to resolve the issue. This is not in line with consumer rights under European law. They also make it impossible to contact them to deal with the issue. I had to go to trustpilot and leave a negative review before anyone would get in touch with me. Avoid this company. They have zero customer service.
