this is the worst retailer I have ever purchased from!!! ordered a coffee table 2 months ago for £150 - came faulty with wonky holes for screws (which cant be used), missing bolts and screws and rust on the metal parts.
It took them 2 months (of me emailing and calling) to get back to me and their response is that I can send it back for £60... this is an absolute JOKE of a company and a customer service. I have a broken, useless, rusty £150 coffee table sitting in my office, which i cant even put together. never ever order from them
