Their returns fees are criminal! Note that if takes a month to get the products, and if you want to return something, you have to not only pa the return shipping fees, but you have to pay a penalty fee that is 55% of the item's value. Their customer service is AWFUL- I talked to woman named Kari who basically blamed my desire to return my month late items on me and had the worst customer service demeanor Ive encountered in anyone in a long time!
