Shipping company send my items back to Sklum the same day it arrived to Germany, 30.03.2023, instead of keeping it in depot for 8 working days (QPAUCQZAH).
On 21.04.2023 Sklum informed me that they are shipping my items back (3151551) and that i will get a tracking email immediately - that never happened! Sklum doesn’t reply to reclamation - they dont even offer you to make a proper reclamation. I have till now send over 5 reclamations and NOTHING!! They reply here on review and even then they do not actually do anything!
