I bought a number of pieces from them to furnish my new apartment and haven't had any negative experiences so far. My bed and dresser are especially lovely, good quality pieces. I'm surprised to read such negative reviews, I've had 3 separate deliveries from them and all the pieces have arrived in good condition on time. My one complaint is that a rug I purchased appeared to have blue stripes on the website, but looks green in person. I kept the rug but it ended up in another room!
