I've bought a couch on the website on 18/11/2023, today is 30/01/2024 and I do not have the couch or the refund.
I was not contacted by the delivery company (Dachser) to schedule the delivery, so when they did show up I was not at home. When I contacted the company to reschedule the delivery, no one knew where my couch was. When I got in touch with Sklum, they didn't know where my couch was from 9 December 2023 until 5 January 2024. And now that they did figured out where it was, they want to give me a partial refund since the delivery was not possible because I wasn't home. And I wasn't home because I had no information that the couch would be arriving before time it actually arrived.
I'm trying to solve the issues for more than 2 months now and still debating via email with the store. Terrible service, not worth it.
