Deceptive company, very slow delivery, and fails to meet their estimated expected delivery dates.
I ordered a smartwatch that was supposed to get delivered 5 days ago. Last week they updated delivery times with the max expected day set today. They also missed this deadline again today without notice.
I asked their customer support three times why my product shipping status has not been updating for 1 week and nobody offered an explanation for it.
