Now they are a big company, no more phone to contact them, difficult even to send a email and get a reply
If your order go well , fine but if something went wrong ( wrong size, late delivery etc) Than forget it!!!
Back to buy direct from the shop, NO reason to make the shop have to pay a fee to Skroutz and also the client to pay the fee for what!!!”
“Not competent and reliable..
Failed to deliver on time and we waited with no notice on cancellation of the time frame specified for delivery. All that because they didn't calculate the dimensions of the item correctly and changed to delivery handling instead of the usual box machine.
Almost three hours later the courier came and of course he left because we had to leave ..
Wasted four hours waiting.
Instead of delivering the next day the try through their system to reschedule on the weekend and beyond.
There is nobody picking up any phones..
Just an automated call center ..
Bad with no respect for the customer.”
“I was deceived by the company as I paid extra for delivery and i had to pick it up. Later they said to me that the extra payment was for handling fees but that was never clear during the order stage.
I won’t use again and I will discredit them on every platform that I can.”

“They have bad delivery no one call you even if you write call me.. delayed and they just work in the morning, they have to deliver the orders 24 hours… and call the costumer many time even on What’sApp.”
“I order from skroutz and I pay extra for fast delivery to Cyprus. They send me the tracking number and suddenly the item went back to seller with no reason. I made a second order the same item from different seller on skroutz. I pay extra again for fast delivery and I never receive the product. Now I have to wait for the refund. The worst experience ever”
“Unfortunately deliveries to Cyprus are not corresponding to reality. In our days need 15 to 20 days to deliver (cost 5 euro) but also what is advertised from the reality defers. I saw a product with delivery to Cyprus between 13-17 days and when i order it delivery became 19-22 days. Just to mention that am leaving in the center of the second bigger city of Cyprus so not in any remote place. Ofcourse i could cancel the order but i wasnt expecting such...approach from a platform like Sktroutz.gr”

I BOUGHT AN ITEM ON DISCOUNT FROM SKROUTZ AND AFTER WHILE THEY TOLD ME THAT IS NOT EXIST ON THE STORE SKROUTZ SELECTED TO SEND IT TO ME AND THEY WILL FIND ANOTHER STORE TO SEND IT AND THEY WILL PAY THE DIFFERENCE BUT THEY SAW THAT IS BIG DIFFERENCE AND JUST LIKE THAT THEY CANCHEL IT”
“Deceptive company, very slow delivery, and fails to meet their estimated expected delivery dates.
I ordered a smartwatch that was supposed to get delivered 5 days ago. Last week they updated delivery times with the max expected day set today. They also missed this deadline again today without notice.
I asked their customer support three times why my product shipping status has not been updating for 1 week and nobody offered an explanation for it.”
