When Skroutz.gr started in Greece was fantastic, mainly the customer service. Whatever you buy , you had just to call and contact Skroutz and they help with all
Now they are a big company, no more phone to contact them, difficult even to send a email and get a reply
If your order go well , fine but if something went wrong ( wrong size, late delivery etc) Than forget it!!!
Back to buy direct from the shop, NO reason to make the shop have to pay a fee to Skroutz and also the client to pay the fee for what!!!
