3 days of roaming the streets , incorrect estimated deliver times, and lost work time. No way of having instant communication with someone live. Only email and only a 'first name' was given by the agent. I doubt it is true. I requested a refund of the 20 euro transport charge, but instead I was offered a 10 euro coupon for a future purchase in which I will avoid.
