My order was supposed to arrive one week ago. The status is "delivered" but I didn't get the package. Now I have neither the money or the shoes. All the email that I send to ask about the order were answered by a robot. It's been a week now and I don't know a thing about it. It's most likely to not get the shoes and to lose my money, more than 100€.
