Worst Customer service possible. Impossible to get any help from anyone at Sky. Our satellite dish has been hanging off for more than 3 weeks now and all they can say is best way to resolve your issue is on line. Is a computer going to go up on my roof to replace it then. No. Impossible to get an engineer visit even though one was arranged last week but nobody came and still do not know when it will be resolved. Have contacted Sky so many times by phone and mail but nothing is happening and still no appointment made for an engineer visit. Paying a lot of money for nothing.
