AWFUL, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! WORST TAXI EXPERIENCE I HAD IN MY LIFE!!!
Me and my friend attended a concert last 21st of May and take note, I booked the cab to collect us from Stadium MK back to Russell Square ONE WEEK BEFORE the event, which they confirmed. Concert ended at 1030PM — I tried calling them several times but after following up like 3x within 4 HOURS IN THE COLD, YES, CAB ARRIVED AT 2AM!!! 2 IN THE MORNING, IN THE COLD!!! — They just ignore my call, knowing they ACCEPTED MY BOOKING A WEEK AHEAD!!!
