Phone (Samsung S10e) was great price and in pristine condition. Next day delivery only happened after they had located phone. 15% discount code was offered but did not work. After some time on live chat I was told I had to spend over £150 to qualify but neither their website or the first person on live chat who sent me the code told me this. Communication was poor - 0330 is not working, 0203 number constantly says you are 'second in queue' then seconds later tells you there are no customer service staff to assist and cuts you off. Overall very happy with phone & would give 5 stars for phone but customer service, website discount info and and communications require attention.
