Do not use this company, we had a conservatory fitted 3 years ago and have had multiple leaks from both the window frames and roof . I have been trying to get someone to visit again for over 6 months as the roof that was re fixed a few months previously has again slipped allowing rainwater in. I have repeatedly e mailed and filled in the service request form . Also multiple calls to their marketing team who have advised they will pass the request on as the service number is never answered. Appalling aftersales
