Avoid at all costs. Replacement conservatory we were told would take 4 days took 5 months. Initial start date delayed due unavailability of parts, but we’re not informed.Eventually started a month late only to leave uncompleted after 3 days and a tarpaulin sheet fitted as a temporary roof for over a month due to unavailability of parts. So we were unable to use space over the summer and the lounge left full of conservatory furniture. The wrong type of gazing was delivered clear rather than opaque needed for privacy. One glass panel cracked on installation. Why start without everything you need to complete the work. Electrician couldn’t fit light package as requested due to incorrect design. Miss sold by salesman. 4 months after completion and we still haven’t received any paperwork. Zero communication from customer service and constantly chasing for updates, without satisfactory outcome. Tradesmen sent on days we said we’re out and didn’t turn up when we were in, despite days a week in advance. Only plus the tradesmen completing the work were very professional, polite and did what they said they would with what was available. The whole process was a complete nightmare from start to finish. Our next door neighbour used another company and the job was completed on time in 4 days. Save yourself a lot of stress and shop elsewhere. Not even worth one star.
