Samuel Arundell
Where do I start, the windows themselves look good, the price is good, but the service is appalling. I am locked into a legal process with Smiths, so I will resist saying too much. But anyone using Smiths should be aware they are not fensa registered as they claim, this will cause you serious issues if you do not seek planning permission, when it comes to selling your property. You can also be fined for carrying out works that are notifiable, hence using a competent person scheme like fensa is advisable. If you, like I, have had windows and doors fitted by Smiths, then those are worthless without planning permissions... be warned!
