Gave them the time of day after they knocked on our door (we also need a new door). Salesman was sneaky, hid all terms and conditions, gave false information at the time of booking and totally overcharged. Trying to cancel a booking within the legal 14 day cooling off period and within the time frame that was given at point of sale is very difficult and they will do all they can to take your money. Gary is especially nasty, although I will say that Ryan was helpful and was the saving grace at the end, despite us ending up out of pocket with nothing to show. I’d avoid using them given their underhand sales tactics.
