Smith Glass should be a big fat zero but cannot do that option so 1 star is a compliment. The MD and their senior management are all cheats. Even their labour staff states that while they do the job, telling us that management are bad. The fascias, soffits & guttering were supposed to be fully replaced and as a safety they persuaded me that we had to pay for another £2000 for scaffolding but the workers did the rework without any scaffolds after 7 months delay leaving the house in a bad state. Damaged the pigeon proofing for the solar panels, damaged fascias from conservatory, broke roof tiles. All these extras we had to fork out another £2000 to get this all fixed. These people are a shambles and don't know why trading standards have not shut them down. Totally useless. Please stay away from this firm unless you like to have stress and headaches. I hope they get shut down.
