In complete shock when I agreed an initial appointment time only to be called back by the sales person who insisted he could provide a quote if my husband was with me. I’m not saying this is sexiest but even after me saying, my husband is happy for me to make the decision and that I will find the door he still refused to the appointment time of my husband wasn’t present. I would like to think the preference, for us both to be there, was a sales technique. For a quote I highly doubt it was because of legal reasons!!
