Avoid at all costs!! I was looking for a house they advertised but they first charge you c.80£ membership fee to arrange viewings. Despite making this payment and requesting a viewing every single day for two weeks, they didn’t even send a video of the property in question, or even the other properties on their platform. Instead they arrange viewings of properties completely unrelated to your criteria. The only person at the office won’t pick up the phone, doesn’t seem to care and would copy-paste a text to you in response to your queries. Money down the drain. I am considering suing them for fraud!!
