“I want to extend my heartfelt wishes to each individual reading the comments on this platform and express my gratitude to the administrator who established such a vibrant forum for discussion. The information in this letter will have a significant impact on your knowledge if you invest in cryptocurrencies. Please read it carefully. For the previous two years, my family and I have been trading cryptocurrencies legally, but we haven't suffered a loss as severe as the recent one when our money totaling $911,000 was stolen by a broker who robbed us of our coins. We made every effort to file a report and recover our money by contacting the police department in charge of investigating fraudulent situations, but nothing was successful. We merely wanted the broker to assist us in mining some coins so that the sudden decline or reduction of Bitcoin won't significantly affect us, but we ultimately fell victim to fraud. I told an acquaintance about it, and she gave me the access of a hacking group, TheresachinRecovery. Which is how I got in touch with them via email: t h e r e s a c h i n 1 2 1 2 (at) g m a i l . c o m
Call/WhatsApp: + 1 2 3 4 3 0 0 1 5 4 4 , and I got along well, and when I told them everything that had happened to make me fall for the scam, they provided me with the assurance that I didn't need to worry because they made sure i have my money in my wallet within 72 hours as promised. I'm so excited and will continue sharing the good news of my redemption.”
“I don't even understand how they are not being barres no one ever sees a property, also the ones you see are the same adverts that were online back in 2019.”
“I saw some advert of studios and one bedroom flat on Gumtree, I called the number attached to it, the lady told me am calling spacelet and asked series of questions which I answered.
She told me am going to pay £150 for me and my wife as a registration fee.
I was sceptical, I searched Gumtree again and came across another flat, I called the number it was the same spacelet. I gave it a second though, I called the number and another lady that picked it told me after telling her what I wanted and my budget.
She said sent me a message including their website, I looked into their website, it looks original. I filled a form, in the form there is a fee allocated to me, my wife and children.
At the end of it all, I ended up paying £237.
I called them and they acknowledged my payment.
She sent me a message that I should let them know any time am available for viewing before 12pm.
I made the payment on Friday and I sent them a message early on Monday that am available for viewing, I got not response until 3pm.
I sent them another message on Tuesday, I got no reply until I now called them on Wednesday.
They now came up with another set of questions which they suppose to have asked before I made payment.
They now told me the flat they have at hand is £1,600 which I don't have the budget for.
It is so sad why these people still operate with this kind of mentality.
Their activities need to be checked.
I hope others don't fall for this.”
“Had a great experience. Staff were nice and friendly, esp Rachel who was very helpful. Found a great flat in a really central location at a good price. Would recommend.”
“Absolutely vile, disgusting scam organisation. They dupe their victims, including those with mental difficulties, into paying to "see" a property - you never get to see it and they provide no service. Worst of all, they refuse all refunds and blame YOU for asking. I hope the people who "run" spacelet lie awake at night haunted by how foul and wretched their lives are. I've reported this already to the Police, the CAB, Trading Standards, my bank... it's hard to say if these criminal scum will ever get karma.”
“Avoid at all costs!! I was looking for a house they advertised but they first charge you c.80£ membership fee to arrange viewings. Despite making this payment and requesting a viewing every single day for two weeks, they didn’t even send a video of the property in question, or even the other properties on their platform. Instead they arrange viewings of properties completely unrelated to your criteria. The only person at the office won’t pick up the phone, doesn’t seem to care and would copy-paste a text to you in response to your queries. Money down the drain. I am considering suing them for fraud!!”
“Please do not give any money to this company. The adverts listed in the site are old, inaccurate, and they will send you to viewings with false information. I joined when I was in a desperate position to find new accommodation and regret not looking at reviews sooner.
I gave Spacelet a fair shot, I attended 6 viewings and half the time the prices were incorrect on their site, and the information is inadequate and not provided prior to the viewing. Most viewings were with the company Bartlett Group and I have reported this feedback to them as I can't believe it's in their best interest to be represented by Spacelet.
I joined because there were a few adverts that looked promising. I was told membership was needed to confirm viewings, and foolishly paid for this. Very suddenly one of these was taken and I was told, after three enquiries, that the landlord was not contactable for viewings. These adverts are still listed as 'new'. Employees of Spacelet should be ashamed to work for such a company, maybe it works for 1/50 people but in my eyes it's a scam preying on those in need of accommodation.
I have reported to Zoopla as this is where there adverts were posted.”
“Scam! Disgusting service!
Do not pay for this service!
That is a scam. They upload wrong details, let you pay and steal your money!
The owner Angela Gomes, really rude and unprofessional. She has blocked my number so I am unable to reach them.
I will go with the Police to their office to take my money back!
Save your money and do not use this extremely bad company!”
“REPORT TO THE KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA COUNCIL!!! This agency offeres unavailable properties. The customor service and communication is bad since you do not get a response if you ask why they have so many unavailable properties online.”
“Avoid these people please! All they want to do is take your money. They take no responsibility for setting you appointments; once you pay them, they don't do anything. They do not set up appointments for you. You have to be calling them and chasing them everyday to get a viewing and then they tell you there is no viewing.”
