A bespoke splashback was ordered to match Farrow & Ball paint on my walls. Company guarantee colour accuracy of 97%. As image shows, colour was nowhere close, but I have been refused a refund ,& they are not admitting to PAYPAL that they collected the item from me in person, (& still have it). As I can't show tracking details of the return, it is not covered by either paypal or my credit card, so I have no refund, & also no item.
