Ordered a spin bike over a month ago - zero communication, no way to get hold of them on the phone and won't respond to emails.
Will only make contact if you leave a bad review, and then will be utterly rude to you.
Told them to cancel my order and refund me over a week ago but to no surprise I've heard nothing. Have now had to make a claim on my credit card. Disgusting scammers. AVOID!
