My boyfriend ordered me a fairly expensive exercise bike. Initially, there was a delay in it arriving which they didn't communicate to us and we had to ask where it was. Then, we put it together, only to find that the ride computer had all the labels printed in Chinese. We emailed to ask if they could exchange it for one in English, to which they replied that the supplier was Chinese. After that, they just stopped replying. They didn't even offer any money off. Do not buy anything from these people!
