Problem with order.
I purchased a spin bike from the website which arrived on time, within a week of use the resistance nozzle stopped working. I have tried to reach out to customer services via the contact form several time and have had no response.
I try to reply to them and the emails bounce back.(postmaster)
I messaged 3 weeks ago and again last week and still no response.
It would be great to have this issue sorted immediately.
