Luckily, I've checked reviews before deciding to order from this company. If you can't get your money back I suggest checking all their details on Companies House (search for RCD Retail Ltd) and contacting 'directors' directly - Richard Watton and Claire Watton, sadly few others resigned. And don't forget to raise a complaint on gov.uk, or anywhere you can, against the company. Good luck guys!
