I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I purchased a Gas BBQ which has arrived, but is faulty. I've made a complaint, but haven't had the courtesy of a response. I've now escalated this with the bank and will be sending a letter to the Directors Home address. The company behind sports and leisure UK are RCD retail, Directors are Richard Paul Watton (address: 34 Dorchester Road, Pedmore, DY9 0XD) and Calire Katherine Watton (full address not certain, but from Shepards Brook Road, Stourbridge, DY9 7DX). I wouldn't normally do something like this and would be a little bit more patient, but it's evident that the way they've been behaving is dishonest and needs to be dealt with.
