NO RESPONSE, NO REFUND, THOROUGHLY DISREPUTABLE COMPANY. I would give no stars but that is not possible. Ordered a treadmill on 16th April 20, advised it would be received 18th May 20. I tried to cancel but me with the auto respons email. Can't phone them as they have closed phone lines. Still waiting for a refund without success. Sent many emails and received same auto response to ach one. Visa now investigating so hope I will get £279.99 refund. Shicking company, just don't do business with them, highly disreputable, taking advanage of th ecurrent COVID-19 situation to line their own pockets
